Patient Satisfaction Survey
We believe in developing a good relationship with our patients and providing an exceptional level of patient care. We regularly ask for patient feedback to ensure that we provide the best possible service.
Our annual survey results from the survey analysis are positive. Patients are overall happy with the treatment they are receiving from our team at Whitestar Dental Care. In particular we have scored highly where patients were treated with dignity and respect, Patients are getting the treatment they need as we are offering a comprehensive range of services.
Patients say they were able to communicate effectively with our dentists and reception staff and they felt reassured by the dentist.
We are very happy and proud to know that 100% of the patient that were treated at Whitestar Dental Care would recommend the practice to friends and family.

We were delighted that 100% of patients surveyed said they would recommend or practice to their friends and family and felt safe and put at ease by staff. 97% of patients surveyed said they found our practice clean and well maintained and they are happy with the treatment they have received.
