Directions
We are located inside The Exchange Mall Ilford. From the car park, we are on the lower level, make you're your way towards and walk through TK MAxx. We can be found once you have exited TK Maxx.
From the high street, we are located to Costa Coffee.
By Car
From the North Circular Rd, take the A118 exit towards Ilford. Then take A118 to Havelock St in Ilford, keep left to continue towards Romford Rd/A118, slight left onto Cranbrook Rd/A123, then turn right onto Station Rd, continue onto Havelock St, Exchange Mall will be on the left.
By Public Transport
From Waterworks Corner (Stop P) take bus to Ilford (Stop D) and we are a short walking distance away.
Access
The practice is wheelchair accessible with no ramp required.
